What was the highlight of Xelena Hotel Suites
Very Good
Bath tube in the bathroom, it´s not hygienic simply because it´s just so difficult to keep it clean and in good conditions of use. There was not a kit of supplies in the bathroom either, such as shower cap. Among other things, it made the hotel too expensive for the ammenities offered. Other thing is the shuttle to the centre, the last shuttle in the timetable coming back to the hotel is 7pm, so we always have to arrange our own transportation after diner (nobody has diner before 6pm).

Clean, comfortable, beautiful views
Very nice place on the lake. Comfortable beds and pillows, great shower and bath with hot water and good pressure. Knowledgeable staff. Food was good. Massage was exceptional. Pool and jacuzzi were very nice and warm.
I have to agree with some of the other reviews that this hotel doesn’t exactly seem like a 5 star hotel. It’s lovely and I had a fantastic time, but it seems more like a very nice 4 star, in my opinion, having stayed at the Singular Patagonia and Arakur previously. All the same - I would definitely recommend this place!

Can only recommend this hotel if you are staying with view over the lake.
Location with direct view over the lake was perfect
Felt very “corporate” not so much local feel about it. Impossible to turn the heating down so room was way too hot, had to sleep with all the windows open.
